Excited to begin this new chapter, I am honored to join the Jenkins Elementary School family as your Assistant Principal. With a deep commitment to student success, teacher support, and a positive school culture, I look forward to partnering with our stakeholders to help each of our students thrive and grow. I will work closely with Mrs. Adams and our staff to build upon the school's strong foundation to help our students R.I.S.E. and meet the goals that we have set forth for this school year. I am thrilled to work alongside Mrs. Adams and grow in professional practices.
A little about me:
I am a husband, a father of three great children and four wonderful grandchildren. I am beginning my 21st year in education. I have lived in Putnam County the majority of my life, attending 2nd through 12th grade in the Putnam County School District. I earned my AA from St. Johns River Community College, my bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and my Master's degree from St. Leo University. I served in the US Army prior to becoming a teacher.
