Each Thursday, we have someone come up to the office and "TALK ABOUT IT THURSDAY" over the intercom. Students and staff are telling us about a book they have read. Included in the talk is: the name of the book, author of the book, favorite part, and do you recommend the book to others. Today Isabella Christian shared her favorite book. We look forward to our students sharing their love of reading with us throughout the year and they love getting their picture taken with Robbie, our RAMtastic Friend.

It was a great week at Jenkins Elementary. We want to shout out Ms. Odell's 3rd math grade class, Mr. Gunter's 4th grade math class, Mrs. Hall's 5th science class, and Ms. Crumpton's STEM class. The benefits of hand's on learning builds deeper understanding and makes learning meaningful and more engaging.

Robbie the Ram went to visit Mrs. Fleming's Class today. Last Thursday, all of our classes had a "SCHOOL COMPACT" signing day. Those compacts then went home for the parents to sign and return. Mrs. Fleming's class was the first class to have them ALL returned. Robbie took ice cream sandwiches down to the class for a celebration. Thank you, Mrs. Fleming for encouraging them to return the compact.

This Friday, you can send $1.00 with your chid to school. During the first part of the morning, Interlachen Jr/Sr High School will have some cheerleaders and football players on campus to paint spirit dots on the children's faces. This is a great way for us to have RAM Spirit for the games and support the cheerleaders as well.

What a Great First Week!
We had an amazing first week of school! We would like to give a great big shout-out to our students, their families, and our incredible staff for truly working together to make each day better than the last.
As we move forward, we are excited to continue helping our students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while celebrating the milestones and successes we achieve along the way. Every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and take another step toward becoming our very best!
Thursday and Friday were especially fun as we celebrated the “B” we earned! What a great accomplishment for our Rams! We are proud of the hard work that went into reaching this milestone, and we are even more excited about where we are headed next.
One Team. One Goal. Home Run Success! ⚾💙
